“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
Carl Gustav Jung
Personal healing and change is difficult and sometimes requires a different kind of conversation. An outside perspective can help with unsolvable problems and mounting distress.

Through collaborative therapeutic dialogue, I can help you to identify targets for improving vital relationships, unearthing unrealized emotional strengths and transcending the personal or familial patterns that no longer serve a purpose. Through a safe exploration of relationship dynamics, I can assist in identifying what is important and essential to your sense of well-being and connection.

My clinical experience includes helping individuals, couples and families to frame complicated concerns into workable solutions with a focus on restoring the quality of relationships while promoting the individual autonomy of its members.
